A highlight of the evening was the opportunity to brand their leather goodies with a skilled hat brander; many guests embraced the chance to brand their hats and even their boots! Creative spirits flourished as guests crafted stunning, one-of-a-kind hat bands, adding a personal touch to their western wear. The event combined great music, food, drinks, and a fun, hands-on experience in a picturesque setting, making it a truly unforgettable night.

The Wedding Day

When Lexi & Logan decided to host their destination wedding in the breathtaking landscapes of Montana, they envisioned a celebration that seamlessly blended the rugged charm of the outdoors with the elegance of a black-tie affair. Sage Lodge Resort, with its stunning mountain views and rustic luxury vibe, proved to be the perfect setting for their special day, and we were thrilled to bring their vision to life.

A Serene Ceremony Under Emigrant Peak

Guests gathered at the field near Sage Lodge for the heartfelt wedding ceremony. The couple stood nestled between a stunning install that recreated the look of organic flowering bushes, the perfect accent to the stunning mountain peak backdrop. This picturesque setting was enhanced by the emotional touch of the bride’s sister, who performed a heartfelt song for Logan and Lexi, creating an unforgettable moment that left not a dry eye in the crowd. The combination of nature’s beauty and the couple’s love radiated throughout the ceremony, making it a truly unforgettable experience.

Cocktails with a View

After exchanging vows, guests transitioned to the reception, dazzled by the stunning sailcloth tent, which enveloped them in a magical ambiance. Adorned with round crystal chandeliers that twinkled like stars, the tent was a perfect blend of luxury and charm. A beautiful round bar served as a focal point, creating an inviting space for guests to mingle. Soft seating arrangements encouraged leisurely conversations while sipping on signature cocktails, all against the breathtaking backdrop of Montana’s mountains.

A unique seating chart display added a personal touch to the evening. A large wall adorned with sweet scalloped cards hung delicately by silk ribbons featured custom watercolor motifs that beautifully reflected the essence of Montana. This stunning piece was a perfect blend of whimsy and elegance, setting the stage for a night filled with laughter and love.

Dining in Style

As guests settled in for dinner, they were greeted with tables set elegantly with vintage plates and crystal glassware. The stunning lush organic floral arrangements added a natural, romantic touch.
