Thursday: Welcome Party at a Private Residence

The festivities kicked off on Thursday with a welcome party for the early arrivals at a beautiful private residence. This intimate gathering set the tone for the upcoming celebrations, with a cozy atmosphere, fun games, delicious hors d’oeuvres, and a selection of refreshing beverages. Guests mingled, catching up and basking in the warm atmosphere.

Friday: Riverfront Welcome Party at the popular Riverhouse BBQ

On Friday evening, we hosted a riverfront welcome party at the beloved Riverhouse BBQ, where all guests were invited to join in the fun. The design featured a simple and inviting ambiance, with subtle odes to the wedding day palette. Family style tables adorned with cheerful floral arrangements and tealight candles, making it feel like an exuberant barbecue under the stars. Offering a delicious spread of classic BBQ and sides, the atmosphere was lively and filled with laughter.

Saturday: The Stunning Wedding Day at Montage Big Sky

The highly anticipated wedding day arrived on Saturday at the luxurious Montage Big Sky. Our planning team executed this sophisticated event flawlessly, merging the couple’s timeless coastal style with the organic beauty of the surrounding mountains they love so much.

We worked closely with our vendor team to craft an elegant ceremony site with a breathtaking mountain backdrop, featuring a sophisticated color palette of soft blues, whites, and subtle blush color pops. To cap off the stunning wedding day at Montage Big Sky, the celebration continued with a vibrant late-night party held in the cool confines of the resort’s Rivalry Room, the basement bar with a fun and lively atmosphere. The energy was contagious as guests danced the night away, fueled by a delectable array of tasty late-night bites and refreshing drinks that kept the festivities going strong. With a talented DJ spinning an exciting mix of tracks, the dance floor was packed as friends and family danced the night away!
